Curd Cake & Coconut Laddu

Ingredients

Plain Yougurt - 1 Cup
Sugar-- 1 Cup
Oil - 1¾ Cup
Flour - ¾ Cup
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 5 tsp
Milk - tbsp

Preparation
Mix the yogurt, sugar, oil and vanilla essence together. Sieve all the dry ingredients and mix to the batter. Add 1 table spoon of milk and blend well. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Allow it to stand in the oven for some time (20 - 30 minutes) before serving. Delicious curd cake i ready.

Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients
Condensed milk - 400gm
Grated Coconut (desiccated) - 4 Cups

Keep aside 50g of grated coconut. Add the remaining to the condensed milk and cook on slow fire. Gently mix till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Cool and roll into small ladoos with greased palms. Roll in the coconut powder set aside. Cashew nuts can be added for taste.(Can make around 20 ladoos of medium size)
